Step-by-Step Reconstitution
Gather your supplies

Wipe both vial tops with alcohol swabs
Swab the rubber septum of both the BPC-157 vial and the bacteriostatic water vial. Allow 30 seconds to dry fully. This is a sterility step — don't skip it or rush it.
Decide on your concentration

Draw the bacteriostatic water
Using your insulin syringe, draw your chosen volume of bacteriostatic water. Hold the BW vial upside down, insert the needle through the septum, and draw carefully. The 100-unit markings on the syringe correspond to 1ml total — so 50 units = 0.5ml.
Inject BW into the peptide vial slowly down the glass wall
Insert the needle through the BPC-157 vial septum and angle it so the bacteriostatic water runs down the inside wall of the glass — not directly onto the lyophilised powder. Inject very slowly. This prevents foaming, which can damage the peptide's structure.
Swirl gently — do not shake
Gently swirl or roll the vial between your palms until the solution is fully clear. BPC-157 dissolves easily and should produce a clear, colourless solution. Never shake the vial — vigorous agitation can break peptide bonds.
Store refrigerated (2–8°C)
Place the reconstituted vial in the refrigerator immediately. Do not freeze. Reconstituted BPC-157 in bacteriostatic water is stable for approximately 4–6 weeks refrigerated. Keep it away from light — store in the original vial or cover with foil.
